Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance tasks according to established guidelines

- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions

- Diagnose problems and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner

- Follow schematics, diagrams, and manuals to ensure accurate repairs

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs and ensure efficient workflow

- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

- Assist with property maintenance tasks as needed

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and manuals

- Experience with HVAC/R systems is highly desirable

- Ability to operate various tools and equipment required for repairs

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in repairs and maintenance tasks

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
