Responsibilities:

-Primary position is front desk and at least 3 years experience verifying insurance benefits and answering busy phones, this is a multi task position.
- Provide excellent patient service by greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner, collecting copays and deductibles and processes payments and post accurate documentation and reimbursement.
- Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, referrals, prior authorization for medications, faxes
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and assisting with procedures, some phlebotomy
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate patient records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for interacting with patients and healthcare providers.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
