We started doing pop-ups once a week, became a resident at Smorgasburg LA for 1.5 years, and started our brick and mortar in 2020 in Chinatown. We are looking for a Line Cook who cares about their work, good communication skills, focused, hardworking, trustworthy, can keep up with our standards, and responsible while carrying professionalism and a positive/friendly attitude. We are looking for a potential shift leader.
We are specifically looking for someone that fills the needs as a line cook and eventually become a co-shift lead with one of our leaders to split responsibilities in the near future. So, having leadership experience in the kitchen is a bonus. Details will follow once hired. 
Looking for someone with an open schedule and can at least work Thursdays Fridays along with other days. 
We believe in a 4 days on/ 3 days off schedule for full time and part timers. Meaning, coming in for 4 full shift days 9:30am-8:30pm with no overtime pay and 3 days off.
Our team has preferred this type of schedule to prevent burn out and encourage work/life balance. We understand and know this industry is difficult to have more than a day or two off as a full timer, so this schedule has worked in favor of our team. 
Musts: knife skills, interest in industry, kitchen experience, prep skills, communicative, forward thinking, understands working in a small business setting. Experience in some form of leadership.
