Kathryn Horutz DMD Family Dentistry is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator Near Portland, ME
Established general dentistry office in Portland is looking a Patient Care Coordinator. This position is perfect for a person who enjoys a fast paced, multi-tasking position where you are supported by an exceptional team.
You will be responsible for maintaining the schedule, assisting patients checking in and out, processing payments, managing treatment plans and pre-authorizations, as well as few hundred other things.
Excellent phone and verbal skills are a must. Candidates must be proficient with computers and have great customer service skills. Our ideal candidate would have dental office experience and a fundamental understanding of dental insurance and billing, but we are willing to train the right person.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
