We are currently accepting applications for a: Deposit Operations Clerk, Houlton Operations Center

Responsibilities include:

Review, process, and monitor incoming and outgoing wires
Process and maintain credit card accounts
Process and verify various maintenance requests
Process Canadian checks
Process Lock Box payments
Assist MIS with notices
Maintain and distribute Federal Reserve notifications internally and to customers
Monitor and distribute a variety of system generated reports

Qualifications include:

High school graduate or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible and work well in a team environment
Fully computer literate
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to calculate figures such as interest, commissions, and percentages
A clean criminal background history and satisfactory to Bank standards credit report are required
