We are currently accepting applications for a: Appraisal Specialist, Presque Isle

Responsibilities include:

Completing residential and commercial evaluations
Reviewing evaluations and appraisals and maintain database
Ordering commercial appraisals
Ensure compliance with Appraisal Policy and Regulatory Guidance
Monitoring appraiser performance
Work with Appraisal Department Manager to resolve appraisal or evaluation deficiencies and determine environmental risk
Maintain excellent customer service

Qualifications include:

1-3 years appraisal review &/or credit analysis experience in a banking environment preferred, but will train the right individual
Understanding of accounting concepts and analytical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
