KASTELLUM is seeking a highly qualified Knowledge Manager to join our team at Ft. Meade supporting
U.S. Cyber Command. Mission Supported:
Serve as a Knowledge Management specialist by developing, implementing, and maintaining a
knowledge management program within the CYBERCOM J9 Directorate. Enable collaboration of data to
provide leadership with information to make informed decisions. Aid the organization in creating and
maintaining repeatable processes for continual process improvement. Promote and assist with the use
of internal knowledge management tools. Integrate information from across organizations to facilitate
easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information. Responsibilities and Duties: • Assist in the development and maintenance of the KM strategic plan. • Identify Directorate-wide KM problems and provide an analysis and recommendations report with solutions and implementation strategies. • Develop and implement repeatable KM processes for continual process improvement. • Assist in the development of KM best practices and performance measures. • Research and document sources of KM training. • Develop and present KM briefings to Command staff. • Post, edit, distribute, and maintain appropriate content on USCYBERCOM classified and unclassified website/portals. • Organize data, establish file structures, and ensure information captured and stored in locations accessible to various user groups. • Develop TTPs for coordinating the flow of information and work with USCYBERCOM training branches to periodically test these TTPs during exercises. Basic Qualifications: • 5 years of experience as a Knowledge Management Specialist. • Ability to manage processes and activities to support organizational communications, including correspondence preparation, distribution, suspense tracking, workflow management, electronic mail management, and content management. • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management. Additional Qualifications: • Ability to pay strict attention to detail. • Ability to produce high quality work, including independently and with a team, in a fast-paced environment. • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
