Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales by assisting customers in finding the perfect THC and CBD products to meet their needs. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that the store is well-maintained, properly stocked, and that all customers are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Greeting customers and providing them with a warm welcome
- Assisting customers in finding THC and CBD products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Ensuring that all products are properly stocked and merchandised
- Processing sales transactions and handling cash and debit card payments
- Answering customer inquiries and providing information about cannabis products and services
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
- Upselling products and services to increase revenue
- Collaborating with the store team to achieve overall store success
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and passion for cannabis and the cannabis industry
