Kaskaid Hospitality is Hiring a Marketing Referral Coordinator Near Eden Prairie, MN
Kaskaid Hospitality, the largest hospitality company in Minnesota with multiple restaurants and multiple event spaces in the metropolitan area is currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator for the east metro. Below is a list of responsibilities and tasks that the position entails.
- Manage relationships with referral partners including: retail stores, hotels, residential buildings plus many more in the east metropolitan area
- Establish new partnerships with surrounding businesses through the referral program or through other marketing opportunities
- Track redemptions and analyze ROI from partnerships
- Assist with planning and representing Kaskaid Hospitality at off-site events
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the Kaskaid Hospitality brand
- Be available as a resource for the marketing and sales team who may need assistance with completing large projects or staffing events
- Work closely with each restaurant's General Manager to ensure their on-site marketing needs are met
- 1 year of customer service in retail, hospitality or restaurant industries
- 6 months of sales experience preferred
- Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills
- Strong outgoing personality with the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in the Twin Cities
Hourly starting at $15 per hour
