**Description**

We are seeking a **dynamic, hard-working expert in paid search** who will be responsible for measurable improved results for our customer accounts. This role is key in helping us develop a best-in-industry paid media agency for our retail partners in the hearing industry. This includes but is not limited to reporting, analysis, and optimization of digital media campaigns. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with the Paid Search Manager on the execution and reporting of paid search campaigns. This includes partnering closely with our content groups (web, retail and social) to develop congruent and measurably improving campaigns.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelors Degree required; marketing degree preferred

* 1-2 years of paid search, social or display experience

Agency experience preferred

Paid search experience preferred

**Our marketing associate will:**

* Manage digital media campaigns for US retail customers to increase conversion rates and volume

* Deliver measurable results of assigned customer accounts across Paid Search and Display media

* Manage campaigns including ad copy writing, keyword research, campaign structure, campaign targeting and lead/phone flow management

* Be responsible for quality assurance and implementation across tracking pixels, URL tracking, tag management tools, event tracking and unique phone numbers

* Collaborate closely with content counterparts on landing page development and on-going testing

* Develop Point of View documents based on account level campaigns to be executed across the client base and evangelized across our marketing departments

* Evaluate competitor insights and trends and summarize results into clear, actionable initiatives

* Summarize and communicate campaign value to assist account executives with concerned customers, addressing their perspectives in an educational and persuasive manner
