Title: Lead Product Owner, Data Analytics

Location: Miami, FL (USA)

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, well versed with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire. You are responsible for creating an exceptional experience through a customer-centric approach with responsibility for the below duties.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

An experienced Lead Product Data Analyst with expertise in working within cross-functional teams, presenting findings, and influencing ideas at high levels. As a product owner, you will work with the Finance & Sales operations, customer experience, other product owners, and development/engineering teams in an agile environment to represent the business throughout product development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and innovate Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and reporting processes and data
• Work with the cross-functional stakeholders in HR, Finance, GTM, Sales and Accounting to gather and document requirements
• Be the SME on all core data from Business Information Systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Products) and understand how they relate and interact with each other to be able to quickly product strategic and tactical reports and dashboards
• Lead the breakdown of business requirements into technical users stories w/ engineering team
• Prioritize backlog of work ensuring alignment of initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Work with key business leadership to prepare change mgmt. documentation prior to release.
• Assist with knowledge transfer for Product marketing efforts
• Help overall organization to continually mature operating model and improve processes.
• Assist with CRM/Billing migrations & Integrations that rapidly occurs via M&A activities.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of MSPs and Corporate/BIS systems a plus
• Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive system automations, QA and processes to improve operational efficiencies of business operations.
• Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America).
• Ability to lead non-direct reports across application BA, admins, developers, and 3rd party resources. Work closely with Peers and management in USA.
• Streamline application support and process for the company and manage SLAs.
• Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
• Encourage a collaborative and innovative environment that allows team members to excel in their role.
• Develop and execute data analysis strategies aligned with Kaseya’s internal operational goals and business objectives.
• Define and track key business metrics.
• Translate technical findings into business language, presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of learning and growth within the team.
• Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

• 10 years of experience as a IT / Data Analyst with techno-functional hands-on experience
• 5 years of product ownership or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, modeling, and interpretation within a product-focused or technology-driven environment.
• Ability to create clear and effective visualizations.
• Demonstrated experience in progressively more complex data analysis roles.
• The ability to handle large datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (DW, BI, Reporting, Excel) and comfortable with tools or languages for querying data and data transformation (ETL).
• Mastery of data analysis tools, programming languages, and statistical techniques.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of execution and accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to improve governance, standards, security posture
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
• Strong data management abilities

• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Familiar with MDM (Master Data Management) for customer, finance/accounting, procurement, and HR processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle EPM, GetPaid a plus
• Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry an asset
• Vendor Management, Contract Management, Spend Management, SW/Vendor RFPs

Education and Certifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
