Duties:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance plans
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
Skills:
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Ability to provide sales support throughout the entire customer journey
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Upselling abilities to maximize revenue opportunities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with customers
