The Merchandise Sales Associate will assist the Merchandise Supervisor with all daily Swag Shop shift duties. The Merchandise Sales Associate ensures that all patrons and employees have a high-quality experience. The Merchandise Sales Associate will focus on meeting service standards and customer satisfaction. This will be a part-time position with an expected average of 20-22 hours per week. Starting Payrate is $15-$16 per hour.

Responsibilities for Sales Associate:

• Ensure that the store and shelves stocked with the right quantities of products.

• Package and ship all e-commerce orders daily.

• Maintain the appearance of the Shop daily.

• Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products.

• Assist guests with purchases and make recommendations.

• Assist Merchandise Supervisor with projects related to the shop like building new displays and keeping back-stock organized.

• Interact with guests on a daily basis to get feedback on store selections.

Requirements for Sales Associate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.

• Weekend (Fri-Sun) Availability
