Position Description:

Come be a part of the expanding team at Kansas City Peterbilt & Utility Trailer Sales!

Kansas City Peterbilt is seeking a Warranty Administrator. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring a seamless process for our dealer locations and customers. You will work closely with our service teams to facilitate warranty repairs and provide exceptional customer service.


Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22-$28 per hour
Location: Kansas City, KS
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
Communicating with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty issues.
Maintaining detailed records of warranty claims and repairs.
Collaborating with the Service & Parts Department to ensure accurate and timely claims submission.
Staying up to date with industry warranty policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in warranty administration, preferably in the commercial truck industry.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with relevant software and tools for warranty tracking and documentation.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
