Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Attorney to join our team.POSITION SUMMARY: The firm is looking to expand its First Party Property division to Colorado. The firm currently has 3 partners who are licensed in Colorado and are in need of an attorney with experience in First Party to help grow this new office. This position is to manage all aspects of a case load of First Party Property cases in Colorado. As the practice develops there will be tremendous growth opportunities to potentially have a leadership role in the Colorado office. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Full-time
2 years of litigation experience - First Party Property Damage experience is preferred
Member of the Colorado Bar and in good standing
Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
Superb negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
Team-oriented
