Summary:

As a senior member of the Engineering team, you are responsible for overall IT infrastructure for our corporate infrastructure, 365 environment, and end-user support.

Responsibilities:

• • Position reports to the CIO and works autonomously under their supervision.
  • Responsible for expert level troubleshooting as well as defining solutions to meet business needs, leading other engineers in technical oversight, planning and implementation across multiple sites.
  • Assist in effectively supporting a growing user base across a geographically distributed environment.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software for maintenance, licensing, and valuation purposes.
  • Effectively document department procedures, support cases, system configurations, and network layouts.
  • Support facility LANs both wired and wireless.
  • Respond to technical requests and outages, resolving problems promptly.
  • Provide expertise and advice on appropriate use, forecasting needs, and offering recommendations.
  • Monitor designated software and hardware systems, and take responsibility for their operation and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related degree is preferred.

Qualifications/Skills

• 5 years’ experience in the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, MacOs
  • Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Exchange, Sharepoint, Endpoint Manager, ATP, Teams)
  • Cisco Meraki management
  • Standard network operations such as DNS, DHCP, file servers, print servers, etc.
  • LAN/WAN administration
  • Firewalls
  • Wireless
  • Powershell
  • IT/Cyber Security (Antivirus, MFA, Zero Trust, DLP)
  • Patching
  • MDM
  • DR and BCP
