Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Comminucate menu options with customer
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Redeem coupons and apply discounts
- Provide relevant information menu to customers
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Keep reports of transactions

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic tablet knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners, money counters)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in restaurant sales
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to upsell products or services
- Capability to conduct product demonstrations for customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
