Kaloutas, New England's leading commercial paint contractor, is looking for experienced painters. Our projects include manufacturing facilities, new construction and rehab projects, and more! We are growing fast and we need to add responsible and motivated painters to our team.

Compensation:

• This is a full-time, hourly position
• The rate of pay is dependent on experience typically ranging from $18-$30 an hour and is overtime-eligible
• Benefits include but are not limited to 65% paid family health insurance, dental, paid life insurance, paid short & long-term disability, FSA, dependent care benefits, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate in English
• OSHA 10 or willingness to get
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone or mobile device
• Ability to lift 25 lbs., climb ladders

Expectations:

• Consistently arrives to jobsite on-time
• Experience in commercial painting
• Brings own tools to job site
• Treats co-workers with respect
• Completes timesheet every Friday
• Checks phone and returns calls and emails within 24 hours
• Completes all required safety training
• Great attitude, likes to work hard
