- Provide personal care services and support to residents

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or related field preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- First aid and CPR certification required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Understanding of resident rights and social work principles
