Job Description
We are seeking experienced, compassionate, accountable, reliable and enthusiastic homecare aide. Our management team has a deep appreciation and respect for the challenges caregivers face and the critical importance caregivers play in the lives of our clients. We understand exactly what it takes to be a great caregiver providing the highest quality of care and customer service. The job duties are basic ADL's & IADL'S, the hours are flexible and we are searching for both full and part time. The ideal candidate is required to have a CPR/First Aide & TB up to date and must have reliable transportation. Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to read and write consistent with job requirement.
- Completion of a basic aide training program consistent with state requirements, or completion of a State approved HHA equivalency exam, which includes clinical requirements.
- State registration as required.
- Shows evidence of fulfilling the State health requirements.
- Must be capable of moving, lifting, and/or transferring a patient without posing a danger to the patient, co-worker, or the employee him/herself.
- Updated CPR and First Aid
- Updated TB Test
