Position Description:
As the Operations Manager at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy - Connecticut, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional care to individuals with autism. Here's what you'll be responsible for, in part:
  • Scheduling: Manage and optimize therapy schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services to clients.
  • Intake: Oversee the intake process for new clients, conducting assessments and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify insurance coverage for clients, navigate billing procedures, and ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Location and Hours:
  • Your home office will be in our Newington, CT Center. 
  • 40 hour work-week, Monday - Friday. 
Required Experience and Education
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of two years (2) of experience managing a medical practice, therapy practice, dental practice, or similar. 
  • Must possess prior management experience.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
  • Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion.
Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
