Responsible for delivery of Employee Benefit Programs including but not limited to medical plans, dental plans, medical and dependent flexible savings accounts, life insurances, AD&D, retirement plans and EAP. Work in support of Kaleida strategic initiatives and principles. Supervises staff to ensure accurate and timely administration and customer service. Serves as team leader, demonstrating Kaleida leadership competencies.
