JOB SUMMARY
Add value to the company by being responsible for correct and timely fulfillment of online orders placed on the E-commerce site and demonstrates desire for growth in the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as a member of the E-Commerce Retail Department in accordance with our core values.
Perform all regular duties associated with E-Commerce fulfillment in a professional manner.
Fulfill all responsibilities of a shipping team member with excellence.
Print and assign orders at the beginning of shifts and throughout the day as more orders are placed.
Ensure all items needing to be reassigned are timely added to communication channels, and, if needed, followed up on to prevent unnecessary additional delay.
Share any concerns with Customer Service for customer follow up in the event issues arise with any particular order.
Very knowledgeable about the shipping procedures and knows every step in the process.
Can train other people well, be patient with them, and answer any questions that may arise.

FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
