Requirements/Responsibilities
Proof of full vaccination requiredAll of our kitchen positions require:-Excellent customer service skills (it's an open kitchen and customers will ask questions)-Prompt attendance-Availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays-Must be clean, well organized and able to move from station to station efficiently-Basic knife skills are recommended but we are willing to train-Daily kitchen prep for breakfast, lunch and dinner services-General cleaning, dish washing and facilities maintenance-Hood cleaning, fryer cleaning and stainless polishing-Other duties as assigned from time to time-Ability to work in a very faced paced environment-Adhere to chef's recipes and company policies-Food safety and sanitation are musts!!!!-Valid TB test and proof of Hep A vaccination are required to the extent that law permits
