Kalamazoo Ophthalmology is looking for someone who is team oriented, has excellent interpersonal skills and wants to help make our patient's visit a pleasant experience.

Primary Duties include:

• greeting patients
• answering phones
• scheduling appointments
• checking in / checking out patients
• sending out patient reminders
• gathering insurance information
• payment transactions
• data entry

We offer a competitive salary and excellent full time benefits package. Past experience is a plus but not essential. We are willing to train the right person.

Office hours Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
