We are inviting you to apply for our Guest Services Supervisor position. In this position, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Front Office Management Team while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
We do require that you have a background, consisting of two to three years of progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. College course in hotel/motel management is helpful.
