We are currently seeking a talented and experience Team Leader to join one of teams. As a member of our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team consisting of a Pre-Litigation Paralegal, Litigation Paralegal and Litigation Secretary, to effectively handle personal injury cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a dedicated team to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, including court appearances, motions, case evaluations, facilitations, arbitrations and trials.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties on important case matters.
- Review and supervise paralegal and secretarial work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury cases.
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients throughout the legal process.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Michigan
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively and in a team oriented environment.
