Intellectual Property Attorney - 100% Remote

Job Description

Our client, a well-respected patent boutique, seeks an Intellectual Property Attorney for their growing office. This role can be 100% remote. The successful candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, chemical engineering, physics or computer science / computer engineering with at least one year of intellectual property experience. Job responsibilities include drafting patent applications and office actions, negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements and assisting with IP litigation matters. Job Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, physics , computer science or computer engineering.
• Minimum of one year of patent prosecution experience.
• Admitted to USPTO and a State Bar.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a demonstrated ability in analyzing and interpreting invention disclosure forms, patent applications & related drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
