Role Description: Deskside Support
Work Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite)
Position Type: 6-12 Months
Experience Require: 4-6 Years
· Responsible for providing technical support.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
· Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime.
· Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
· Provide excellent service
