Job Summary: The Implementation Specialist will assist in the deployment of the Akeso Clinic Excellences Solution (ACES) in multiple locations. This is a key strategic initiative to roll out our next generation platform to enhance the patient experience and deliver better outcomes.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Senior Implementation Specialist and operations team to develop the Standard Operating Procedures and clinic flows that will be incorporated as part of the ACES platform rollout
• Works with the Senior Implementation Specialist to design and development of the training, communications, and change management plan for the ACES platform 
• Assists in maintaining the training, communication and change management material that is required for implementing the ACES platform
• Assists in the training, communications, and change management activities as part of the ACES platform rollout
• Assist in providing pre and post implementation support at the clinics
• Acts as a resource to clinic operations to ensure that the ACES platform continues to drive clinical and administrative excellence through continuous optimization

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Knowledge of healthcare delivery processes and best practices
• Understanding of instructional design and development concepts 
• Familiarity with organization change management principles
• Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry
• Knowledge of EMR / PM systems
• Ability to collaborate with the operational and technical teams to ensure an effective transition to the ACES platform
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft suite of productivity applications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Healthcare, Information Systems or Business related field
• At least one year of experience in healthcare systems implementation
