The Human Resources & Recruiting Specialist is a hybrid role consisting of both strong talent acquisition and HR Specialist skills. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a naturally curious mind, meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of human psychology and business. Necessary skills for HR specialists include excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, interpersonal intelligence, and accounting acumen. Ultimately, you will gain full-cycle HR experience and grow your career in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving HR and talent acquisition functions.

• Strong recruiting skills including effective job postings, sourcing, filtering resumes for hiring managers and tracking analytics on hiring platforms/ATS to ensure continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness
• Diligence in communications and follow-up
• Handle sensitive information confidentially, with tact and discretion
• Ensure employee records are maintained and updated as needed across multiple platforms
• Respond to employees queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to team effort by assisting or completing projects as needed
• Accuracy and timeliness of data input and correspondence
• Assistance with onboarding new hires
• Must be able to work on-site

Experience Required:

• Bachelors degree or 3 years equivalent experience in business administration, human resources, talent acquisition, payroll or a relevant field
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
