An exciting opportunity to join the Kahala Nui Ohana as a full-time Director of Information Technology.

Leads development and implementation processes for the Kahala Nui’s IT systems and department. Responsible for management, strategy, and execution for IT infrastructure for Kahala Nui, including analysis and procurement. Develops and implements policy, standards and procedures and ensures adherence to security procedures. Develops long range plans and goals. Responsible for collaborating with the contracted vendors to provide support for the Kahala Nui’s needs. Other responsibilities will include assigning personnel to various task and projects, working on long-term IT projects, performing ongoing maintenance on IT equipment, and overseeing the network activities. Participates in design and implementation of new or modified networks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree in a related field.
• At least five years of experience in information technology management.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, network, and applications management.
• Must be competent with network operating systems, applications and development tools including network management applications, database applications, compilers, and commercial software.
• Must have exceptional analytical, management, and interpersonal skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be available to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays. This position is not remote and on-site attendance is required.
• Proof of annual tuberculosis clearance in accordance with state regulations required.
