We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of District Manager for areas to include: Northern California, Utah, Oregon, Arizona and/or Colorado.


Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Develop defined sales territory to establish distribution of Kaeser products, including distributors, direct accounts and OEM accounts.
  • Inform Manager of status of territory market conditions and trends and prepare annual Sales Plan.
  • Train distributors in all phases of Kaeser products, sales, and service; participate in distributor seminars and trade shows, as well as participation in industrial shows as required.
  • Submits customer interactions in CRM and complete expense reports.
  • Distributor selection, screening and development within assigned territory as well as evaluate distributor sales quarterly and on-going distributor evaluation and product sales goal setting.
  • Distributor product and sales training.
  • Sales calls with distributor and Branch sales personnel for potential users of Kaeser products.
  • Professional representation of the Kaeser organization in all matters.
  • Timely completion of expense reports.
  • Promotion and presentation of product seminars for customers.


Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • AS degree in business/technical studies or equivalent 3 years experience in compressed air or construction/rental industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the compressed air industry.
  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite.
  • SAP experience preferred.


Starting salary can be $65,000-$85,000, which includes base salary and bonus structure (to commensurate with experience). We offer an excellent benefit package including Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a health and wellness program.
