Kaco USA is Hiring a Quality Engineering Technician Near Lincolnton, NC

This is the perfect opportunity for a Quality Technician to join our company's team and help make an immediate impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our exacting quality standards, which includes verifying accuracy and completeness of data, conducting testing, technical reviews and training. The right candidate will enjoy using teamwork to meet our company's goals, a background in mechanical engineering, and preferrably experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quality control plans.
  • Inspect and test products and materials. Utilizing Quality Lab Equipment (CMM Machine, Microhardness, Specific Gravity, and Rheometer)
  • Utilize SAP to track and manage quality controls
  • Perform testing of products and materials.
  • Perform Internal Audits following IATF 16949 standards
  • Assist in preparation for IATF Audit
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers concerning quality topics
