K2 Integrity is Hiring a Remote Technical Project Manager (Contract)

K2 Integrity is seeking a remote Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and deployment of an advanced Financial Crimes detection/operations/reporting platform. The project will involve integrating various third-party applications to build a comprehensive solution. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, with a strong background in AML/Sanctions technology and familiarity with Fluid.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and finalize technology projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Document project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive technology project plans to be shared with stakeholders as well as team members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management of technology solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically in AML technology.
  • Strong knowledge of software development and delivery.
  • Familiarity with commercial financial crimes vendor software used by banks and/or financial services firms.
  • Proficiency in Fluid is highly desirable.
  • Excellent internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
