• Provide general production employees with the guidance, training, and leadership

necessary to improve the quality of their work life and the quality of the products they
produce.

• Maintain proper supplies inventory.

• Daily planning of production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Ability to communicate with co-workers

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Must be able to work around moving machinery

• Accomplish quality checks on work

• Keep area clean, adhering to all safety procedures

• Operate machine as assigned while producing quality parts within standards

• Work wearing proper PPE including ear plugs, face masks, and gloves as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Supervisory experience - 5 years minimum

• Good math skills

• High school diploma

• 3 years of work in a production facility
