Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of project-related documentation before initiating billing.
- Collaborate with project managers to align billing with Xactimate estimates.
- Address client inquiries concerning invoices and billing discrepancies in a professional and prompt manner.
Collections:Oversee accounts receivable to guarantee timely payment collection from clients.
- Communicate with clients and insurance adjusters through phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with clients and insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements.
- Maintain detailed records of all communication and collection efforts.
Xactimate Expertise:Utilize Xactimate to review project estimates, ensuring accurate billing based on the scope of work and materials used.
- Work closely with the estimating team to resolve any discrepancies or changes in estimates.
Reporting and Documentation:Generate and maintain financial reports related to billing and collections performance.
- Keep accurate records of all billing and collection activities.
Client Relations:Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients throughout the billing and collections process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Position Details:Starting pay is $23/hr DOE
- Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Benefits include fully paid employee medical insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401k plan coming soon.
