K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is Hiring a Receptionist Near Mobile, AL

As a receptionist you will be responsible for greeting all visitors and vendors entering the building and assisting them as necessary. You will also be providing support to management, where you will perform a variety of administrative responsibilities which will include, but is not limited to, data entry, supply order and tracking, facility support, andtracking/organizinginformation. Answering phones. With the responsibilities of this position, we are looking to hire someone who is outgoing and friendly as well as professional and well-spoken.

Requirements

Must have HS diploma or equivalent.

Must be friendly and polite.

Must have a professional attitude and understand the importance of superior customer service skills.
