Seeking a PART TIME bookkeeper to manage, but not limited to, maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting functions, as required.1. Full cycle Accounts Receivable, including preparation of invoices and maintaining customer and vendor records2. Accounts Payable including purchase orders and vendor records maintenance3. Multiple Bank reconciliations for depository accounts4. Reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed5. General ledger maintenance6. Administration of quarterly business taxes7. Prepare monthly financial statements8. Maintain required business documents9. Prepare annual 1099’s10. Maintain financial document retention files11. New vendor setup and maintenance12. Deposit and cash reports13. Prepare and/or review of all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure14. Perform other related duties as may be requested by the business owners

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Proficient in Quick Books

2. Extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles3. Bookkeeping experience4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel5. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment6. Highly organized and detail-oriented7. Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision8. Strong verbal and written communication skills9. Thrives in a collaborative, team player office environment10.
