Job Description
Responsibilities
Evaluate equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs, and perform planned maintenance to support our customer base.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure that all equipment meet compliance requirements. Ensure that reports of all work performed is captured.
Maintain proper communications with customers and follow-up to ensure resolution of any technical issue and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper levels of parts and replacements inventory to deliver timely and accurate repairs/maintenance.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Repair Technology or Electrical and Instrumentation Technology, or equivalent education, or High School Diploma with experience servicing electrical or mechanical equipment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Critical thinking and analysis, attention to detail, teamwork.
