K&K Solomon Logistics LLC is Hiring an Account Manager/Personal Assistant Near Los Angeles, CA

K&K Solomon Logistics LLC is looking for an Account Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team.This person will operate as the lead on all critical business accounts. The focus of this vital role is to manage the relationship with the client by creating a positive working relationship. The Account Manager/Personal Assistant is responsible for addressing client issues and responding to questions.Perform official assignments to detail/ instruction. • Running personal errands (receiving and making payments). • Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence. • Work independently without much supervision (inspecting items paid for by our customers and clients). • Purchase and deliveries of Gift Items, Groceries, Stamps and Stationery.

The ideal candidate comes with experience in account management and developing new business opportunities among both existing and new customers. Excellent cross-functional experience working with customer service and product development to improve the entire customer experience is a critical factor in this role.
Accounting/business students and recent graduates are welcome to apply (will work around schedule).
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Familiar with Excel
Data Entry/Payroll
QuickBooks and Pro series knowledge helpful
Be able to work 3 to 4 times. a week
English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
Must have experience in Business, Sales or related field.
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Requirements:
High school diploma
Must have experience as an administrative assistant,
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, high-energy attitude
Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
