Responsibilities:

• Educate customers/clients on their policy coverages.
• Collaborate with Quality Managers to address any questions or discrepancies on customer accounts.
• Proactively solicit increases in coverages for accounts at every customer service contact.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in personal lines insurance account management.
• Preferred experience with entertainment industry clients and working with business managers.
• Must hold a Property and Casualty (P&C) Agent's license.
