K'Alma Spas Management and Concepts is a luxury Spa seeking a charismatic and engaging Coordinator to assist the brand and look after and serving hotel guests, building residences and Miami locals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office manager
- Manage therapist calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with email requests and answering phone calls for bookings/inquires
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the following: all Hotel features, services, hours of operations and all Spa Services
- Handle guest complains by following the instant pacification procedures
Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience in a hospitality role
- Familiarity with file management and organization
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Basic to advance computer skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with spa guests
- Excellent typing skills to efficiently enter guest information accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Have strong oral and written communication skills. Be able to listen to a client’s questions, anticipate their needs, and satisfy every inquiry.
- Basic professional communication phone skills
- English Required, Spanish Preferred
