Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Representative to join our team. As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions within the organization. This is a TEMP position based in our company headquarters.

Duties:
- Assist with various HR activities, mainly with employee relations, and performance management
- Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement initiatives or policy updates.
- Payroll processing

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft programs (word, excel)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with leave administration processes, including FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).
