JY Dental LLC is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Honolulu, HI

Our office is seeking a skilled dental receptionist proficient in Dentrix software.

Office Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 6:00 PM
  • Friday - Sunday: Closed

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Dentrix software and billing procedures is a must
  • Previous office management experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the schedules of the Doctor and Hygienist
  • Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries
  • Coordinate with insurance companies and billing processes
  • Verify patient insurance coverage before appointments
  • Clearly explain financial aspects of dental care to patients
  • Assist with back-office/clinical duties as needed
