• Onsite Position in Irvine (no remote oy hybrid).
• Weekends Required, shift is Thursday through Monday (days), 5 days, 40 hours.
• Full benefits provided, medical, vision, DDS, PTO!
• $20 to start, eligible for $22 at 90 days.
• $3 shift differential Saturday and Sunday in addition to hourly pay.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler/Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting callers with their inquiries.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and find appropriate solutions

- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions

- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information entered into the system

- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery

- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Effective verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate information

- Familiarity with medical office procedures and medical terminology is preferred

- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Experience in call center, helpdesk, customer service, dispatch, scheduling, administrative, coordinator, retail, barista, call center, collections, debt consolidation, recruiting, staffing a PLUS!
