Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and organized individuals to join our team as 3PL Warehouse Associates. In this role, you will be an integral part of our third-party logistics (3PL) operations, responsible for managing various warehouse tasks to ensure the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and properly store items in designated warehouse locations.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to create POD, track inventory movements and update records.
• Assist in cycle counting, regular inventory audits, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed (if certified).
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Basic computer skills for using warehouse management systems and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of 3PL operations and supply chain processes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, frequently in a repetitive manner.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)
