Overview:

We are seeking an IT Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software troubleshooting

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals

- Set up and manage LAN/WAN networks

- Assist with computer networking tasks, such as setting up routers and switches

- Support users with Mac OS, Windows, and Linux operating systems

- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner

- Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve technical issues

- Maintain and update documentation of IT systems and procedures

- Implement security measures, such as account authorization, firewalls and antivirus software

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques

- Familiarity with Mac OS, Windows, and Linux operating systems

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end-users

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Understanding of computer networking concepts (LAN/WAN)

- Knowledge of firewall configurations and security best practices

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
