```Job Overview```

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you work in the office area of our warehouse and support arrangements, processing and verification of the daily shipments.

```Duties```

- Arranging for daily receipt of ocean freight containers, verifying numbers and processing inbound and outbound records in the system

- Coordinating for daily operations based on shipment arrival and delivery intructions

- Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records

- Assisting with project coordination and ensuring deadlines are met

```Skills```

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Having work experience in a warehouse setting of international freight forwarders is a plus

- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required

- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities

- Knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite or similar software for document management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
