Justice Resource Institute is Hiring a Long-Term Services and Support Supervisor Near Boston, MA

Who we are looking for:

Are you the Supervisor we have been looking for? JRI’s Long Term Services and Supports program provides care coordination to MassHealth enrollees ages 3-21 who need long term support as a result of chronic illnesses, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or complex medical needs.

JRI provides the training so that:

  • YOU will be able to develop and utilize your clinical skills, managerial skills and overall leadership skills to guide effective trauma-based treatment.
  • YOU will be able to develop and utilize your leadership skills by providing complete oversight of programming including oversight of the operations of all client services and supports set forth by licensing and regulatory partners.
  • YOU will be able to ensure that all staff are working toward a shared mission and vision of the program and provide direct supervision to departmental leaders/Administrators.

Bilingual a plus!! We offer a $1000 bilingual bonus to any candidate who speaks, reads and writes in a different language other than English.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. License required(LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
  • Applicants should have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Experience or knowledge of social service organizations and health care providers for youths with Long-Term Services and Support Needs preferred.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across the organization, key provider partners and ACO/MCO plans as well as state agencies to build a robust LTSS capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage performance and outcome metrics.
  • Proven skills and knowledge base and judgement for independent decision making
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants must be knowledgeable in growth and development; able to obtain and interpret information in terms of the needs of complex medical and behavioral health needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families; and understand the range of interventions and treatments required by this population.
  • Applicants must have at least five years of experience working with pediatric populations, with at least three years supervisory experience required.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Applicants must maintain a valid driver’s license as driving is a requirement for this position using a personal vehicle. Available to flexible scheduling to support families and staff as needed.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
